They should up on time (in the rain) and diagnosed the problem, had the correct motor replacement on the truck. He repaired and cleaned the awning and explained everything to me clearly. I was very happy with their service and highly recommend them for awning services.

They are quality, unique, and very, very well constructed. We will be contacting them soon to just have them come out and check for maintenance and clean them.
