  Summer came to our house and really listened to what we were looking for and only showed us products that fit our needs. I was really pleased with the fact that she didn't pressure us or try to up sell us on products or services that weren't needed, I feel like that is rare to find. The quote was reasonable for what we wanted and clearly explained. Customer service is top notch! Highly recommend.

  I went in to get more information about getting a new sliding glass door. I was met by their associate Summer, who was very kind and helpful and told me everything I needed to know. I will definitely come back for any future door or window needs.

  I loved my new Pella windows! I just recently bought wood clad windows and it makes my home look so much nicer while keeping the same integrity of my 1970s home. My consultant was Summer and I thought that she made my life so much easier throughout this process. I definitely recommend Pella!

  We have just ordered our windows through Pella and looking forward to the install! Summer came in to help us after our initial sales rep left the company. We were in limbo and she ensured the project got back on track and every detail on our order was correct. I highly recommend asking for Summer if you’re considering Pella windows.

  I worked with Summer Million on my entry door order after visiting the Tacoma showroom and seeing the Pella Reserve Contemporary line. Summer’s customer service is outstanding. She deserves more than a 5-Star rating. She was extremely responsive to all of my questions, prompt in her responses, sent photos and information that she promised to send, and patient with all of my questions and requests for verification of door measurements and details as I was supplying my own handle sets and electronic locks.
