  Arnold Jordan and rich came out at 8 o’clock in the morning left at 7 o’clock in the evening perfect gentlemen very respectful very clean did an awesome job and we can’t say how well enough they did and how happy we are. I definitely recommend them. I am curios.

  My husband and I are very pleased with the wonderful attention and service we received from the Mercurios team. Our technician, Ed Grass, came to our home and explained the process of installing an EV charger a couple of weeks ago and followed up with a great job today. Other companies asked us to take pictures to explain our situation and didn’t offer to give an on-site visit. Ed made things easy to understand and worked well and efficiently. We would call Mercurios again!

  Ed and Slava installed our beautiful entryway light fixture! It wasn’t easy because of the high ceiling height but they did the most amazing job. I wish everyone that comes into our home to install or repair had the same attitude, kindness and attention to detail as Ed and Slava. Now I will always call Mercurio’s for my household needs. Great job Ed & Slava! Thank you!

  Came and inspected my hot water tank had to order parts After getting new parts installed hot water tank working fine We were gone for two days came home house smelled of gas contacted t Mercurio office couldn’t send anyone without a possible overtime charge , scheduled for next day, I did call PSE they came out found the pilot gas tube leaking gas PSE fixed problem. Mercurial should have dispatched someone right away without a possible overtime charge, the technician should have double checked before leaving with a gas sniffer and soupy water. This could have been tragic situation!!!!!

  These people are not a family-run business. It is owned by a holding company. Their practices are all about squeezing every possible dollar out of you. Our furnace failed during early March winter weather. I went into our crawl space to look at the furnace and found that Mercurio’s originally installed it. So I called them. Logical, right? Not so fast. So they sent some dude out, charging the standard fee to take a look and diagnose. He told me what the immediate problem was right away. Then the problems began. You can replace an inducer motor in most furnaces in 10-15 minutes. He wanted to charge me $1100 in labor to do this simple task, on top of costs for the part and the appearance charge. This is for a trivial parts replacement! I foolishly signed the page agreeing to have him come back out in a couple days to do this task. I started getting cold feet right away about this. Then, he had the nerve to **charge my card** immediately after leaving. No work was done and suddenly the money was gone from our account. My spouse caught the charge the next day and demanded the refund of the labor fee, which she got. This guy wouldn’t answer my direct question about what their hourly labor rate is! I learned a lesson about how these people operate. DO NOT do business with this company. They will soak you. And watch every other HVAC company like a hawk going forward, because most of them are owned by similar hedge fund orgs.
