- DDDaniel DamborgMar 27, 20263.0Communication was very poor throughout the entire process. The installation was not done very well. The measurement was almost two cases extra flooring, and even though it was LL's installer. They want to refund one case of returned flooring less 25%. That's not right since it was their error.

It turns out they gave me incorrect information about the product, and when I returned to exchange it (it was in perfect condition and still in its packaging), they treated me very badly and even made me pay a penalty for returning it. I don't recommend this place if you don't want to have a bad experience.

Turns out the product never existed and 2 months later they tell me because I called a different location to speak with their manager.
