  Mishka was on time a very thorough. Only issue is he started adding things to the bid that I did not want, Like adding a hot water spicket to my outside, replumbing my water heater tank that just got installed, replacing hose bibs on my washer and dryer, some how replacing 2 outside spickets and installing a new valve in a shower came to $5 thousand dollars.....really?

  Gas furnace quit working overnight. Called Hart's and received a very prompt and courteous appointment of 10:30AM with a 30 minute to arrival estimate. Thom arrived at 10:30AM, verified outage, and promptly fixed the problem. He explained what happened and adjusted thermostat. When I asked how much, Thom said free! This was based on a new relationship with Hart's after a previous provider went out of business. I was very impressed with Thom's knowledge and demeaner. The free fix was awesome! Thanks, Jim

  Harts performed a furnace service and replaced filter. However, they're refusing to give me a simple invoice stating what they did and that I paid. Instead, their invoice is a report filled with recommendations I did not ask for and they're claiming they cannot give me a simple invoice stating just service performed and paid for. Their slogan is "We Care More". Looks like they care more for themselves than the customer. They were recommended by my realtor who will now no longer recommend to future customers.

  Gave harts services a ring after calling around and thankfully Mike was available to help us out. Mike was nice , helpful and very efficient. he got the done job in a timely manner and made sure everything was working correctly before departing. He also answered any questions we had as this was our first time having a hose hooked up for the freezer. The customer service rep was also very kind and helpful. An added bonus is they keep you updated throughout so you know who exactly is working with you and they are very responsive to any texts or calls. I would 100% recommend hearts services for your plumbing needs. Thanks again Mike and the customer service team at harts!

  I hired an electrician from Harts to restore power to a shed. The power was restored, but the tech inadvertently disconnected two rooms on the same circuit. I notified the company, and they scheduled a revisit for today. However, the tech is 30 minutes late, and I was never notified. I had to call the company to learn the reason. They told me that the tech had to deal with an emergency, and that he would call me after he was done. It would have been nice for somebody to tell me this before I took time off from work! I do hope that the tech arrives before I have to leave. Addendum: After waiting an hour, I called to reschedule for Monday. I'm wondering if they'll even show up.
