They came out promptly to give me an estimate charge me exactly what they said. They cleaned up after themselves and were in general very pleasant to deal with.. We’ve already agreed to the next round of work that needs to be done. I highly recommend him.

Initially, they put the cost of removing and reinstallin the concrete side walk on the estimate.even though they did not do that, the amount still remains. I also asked for an itemized invoice for the job, but they refused to provide one and simply emailed me the amount.

So the guy gets here I tell him all the fittings are 20 yrs old, he say yeah I don't have those fittings on my truck. You will need to reuse the old ones, and never offered to go get new ones. So he's peeling off the old tape, using his sleeve to wipe them off, I asked him if he wanted a rag, he says no my sleeve will just fine. Gives me a bill for $763. So I called and talked to the General Mgr after 30 mins of arguing about using old parts and charging top dollar he gave me $150 back to his credit. 20 yrs ago I got fantastic service this time not so good. Then to top it off he didn't tighten the hose clamp on the drain hose had water leaking just enough to make your blood boil.

They went right to work and started unclogging my gutter drainage pipe. As always, they did a superior job and made sure it was flowing out easily. I should have taken a video how easy the water was flowing out. Can’t thank them enough. I promised to make them lunch island style in the spring. Great Company with awesome people.
