- LLLiz LundeOct 16, 20251.0Parr Lumber was supposed to pick up wood that my contractor couldn't use and reimburse me - that was weeks ago. I was told last Friday it would be picked up at the beginning of this week - but now it's Thursday night and its still in front of my house killing my lawn. I called and left voicemails numerous times and finally talked to 2 different people, but it's still here on my lawn.

Front desk lady Becky’s response was very misleading and uninformed regarding military discount, got emails for proof. The incompetency and back and forth amazed me. Blunt lied to my face when there was no military discount applied and she told me she added that already. Then proceeded to tell me oh , system upgraded, it’s already added in. For the record I am a returned customer. It is okay to just tell me no. We don’t offer additional discount. When I showed her my old receipts and the website, PARR offers years around discount for veterans. She laughed at my face and stated, yeah that’s not my problem, we can sit here all day and argue about this. It’s going no where. She continued stated yeah, that’s from a year ago. I guess PARR’s mission has changed. After spent 20 minutes with the store manager Derick during the call back. Whom was very informed and knowledgeable person, and genuinely a great dude. I learned that PARR has some policy shift and not all areas has been updated. He offered free power tools and etc, which I cannot take his generous offer. With all being said, experiences may varies. Please don’t let my less-than-great experience influence your decision
