    Fabulous job as always! Ever since we had a new air conditioning unit put in from an independent owner, we have had constant issues. Finally decided to upgrade the system once again but so worth it!! Our technician, Wayne, was extremely professional, efficient, and very hard working! He got the job done and the system looks amazing!!! Every time I have Mercurios come out to our home, they always do an excellent job! Don’t bother contacting anyone else. Contact Mercurios ASAP to get the job done right! And definitely do not hire ADT for anything to do with heating and cooling. They have no idea and broke my system! I was so happy that Mercurios was able to come the next day!

    Isaac, Talia’s, and all the employees at Mercurio’s were very professional and considerate about our failing heater, with repair and or replacement options. We decided to have the heater replaced. They made an appointment immediately to bring in the new heater. When Isaac and Talia came they were very careful to get the old heater out and the new heater in. Then they made sure the thermostat panel was set up and everything was working properly before they departed. I was very pleased with my experience with Mercurio’s.

    Jadon and Anthony! These guys did a fabulous job and were fun to have around the house. Their morning job took much longer than expected so they didn't reach us until 3:00. While they had every reason to be burned-out and grumpy they were just the opposite, happy to be here, eager to get started, and dedicated to completing our job, done right. Indeed it was. They went to considerable effort to explain what they'd be doing and why and encouraged questions and provided knowledgeable, professional answers to all. They went out of their way to minimize stress on our elderly cat who's afraid of her own shadow. They finished up about 7:00 and had to be exhausted, but no one would know. In short, a marvelous job. Jadon and Anthony represent Mercurio's extremely well. They're welcome in our home anytime!

    Mercurio’s were the PSE recommended electricians for the installation of our EV charger. They came out and did a very nice job of installing. The problem was I could never get the app for the charger to connect properly to the charger account. Eventually the charger company said they could not troubleshoot it and sent me a new charger. Ed Grass came and swapped out the unit and still it did not work with the app. Ed stayed with it until we eliminated all the possible sources of the problem only to discover it had to do with my internet provider. Right now we’re using our neighbors internet but at least we know where to go for a solution. Ed was great and went above and beyond what was expected!

    Supposedly “Free Estimate” cost us just over $300. Got charged a partial labor fee so he could crawl up into my attic and see what he could upsell me on. I called to get an estimate to have cracked flares replaced on the copper lines to my heat pump on a mini split system and to see about getting the lines covered back up with hard plastic and secured to the wall again and first they started with recommending a whole system replacement on units that are less than 5yrs old. Then when I said we’re not doing that and can’t afford it he recommended new lines, which admittedly we could use, and then when I got the estimate for that and compared to his estimate for only replacing the flares, covering the lines and recharging there were duplicate charges for more than one thing. Called to get clarification on the duplicate charges and try to schedule service and was told someone would call me back from Estimates to go over the invoices with me and no one ever called back.
