  My dryer had broken down suddenly, so I thought perhaps it was clogged ventilation. In looking for service I found Mercurio's. Servicing dryer ventilation is an add-on to what Mercurio's actually does; which is cleaning all of the vents in one's house. I agreed because they were able to perform the very next day and my vents needed cleaning anyways!! Jayden was out technician. He did a wonderful job, was very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and showed me how to replace the air filter in my furnace. He also solved the mystery of why one of the bedroom vents wasn't working!! I'll be calling Mercurios again!

  We had a great experience getting central AC added to our home by Mercurio's! It is started on a positive note with an easy online booking system for the estimate appointment. The estimator Steve was a breath of fresh air compared to the guy I had met a week previously from a competitor. Steve arrived on time, inspected the current set-up with my home, and knowledgeably walked me through the options. He also provided a helpful sketch and details that I could provide to my HOA to get the project quickly approved. The installation was promptly scheduled, and Connor and his crew (electricians and installers) did an awesome job on the day of! The entire process was very organized, the team communicated well about what was happening, and they left our home very clean. We are very happy with our new set-up and looking forward to enjoying AC this summer. I would not hesitate to use Mercurio's in the future.

  Lied to my face about parts availability and timelines. Lied to about status of repairs and progress multiple times. Whoever is responsible for inventory management and logistics should be ashamed. Pick literally any other hvac company in the area unless you enjoy excuses and smokescreens. I have been without heat for over a month due to their incompetence.

  5 stars for Nathan Young somehow my furnace was broken after our last service Nathan fixed this knowing how we felt about the tech who came before him. How can a furnace break itself and cost $2,400.00 to repair a drain? Needless to say to say there was a fare amount of work to fix

  On Saturday, February 27th, I had my first experience with Mercurio's Heating and Air. Ryan was the Technician who diagnosed and repaired my Lennox system. Ryan represents the company well. He is professional, knowledgeable, enjoys, and is enthusiastic about his work. He communicated what the problem and solution were in a creative way, using pictures and short video clips that he had taken while diagnosing the technical issues. I highly recommend Mercurio's Heating and Air.
