  The technicians this time (and every time in the past) take the time to listen to what I have to say, the questions I ask, and they fully explain to me what they examined and the reasons for their recommendations. Their service pricing is competitive and I will continue using their services. This visit was an included regular system maintenance inspection and it was recommended that the blower fan be cleaned. Got the same recommendation last year. The cost for the cleaning was kinda steep, but given the difficulty of removing the fan and reconnecting everything properly, it was money well spent to have it done right.

  The appt was supposed to be $120 with a potential tune up, to not exceed $248 I believe. No tune up and it still wound up being $243. I tried to call to discuss this before leaving a review because I genuinely liked using Mercurios. It’s easy to make an appt but not easy to discuss how that appt went.. I’ve used Mercurios multiple times for my clients hvac servicing but I’m sure this is where we part ways. Paying $243 to tell me the gas is off is not ok. I made an appointment because I thought Maybe I’m doing something wrong with the thermostat. I had an issue getting my car to start which led me to be 25min late. The tech chose to wait but threw it in my face at billing. When I told him the appt to “diagnose” was supposed to be $120 he responded with, “well we did have to wait 30 min for you”. No, you CHOSE to wait. I’m sure it benefited you as much as it did me. The tech went in the attic and outside to the gas meter. $120 turned to $243 and he fixed nothing. $120 I’m ok with but $243 is insane and I won’t be using Mercurios again.

  We ELven ELderly's had No heater or fireplace action for awhile ..... our old heater ran it's course (20yrs)!!! Then finding A heating company Accommodating Scott was an Angel to our HVAC Needs.... Thank FatherGod we discovered Mercurio's/ HVAC!!!!! We received glorious victorious service ⚙ tech men each one did their part ....Arnold simply cared & forebear the Zing, Nate the happily ring, and Chris the furnace ping Made..... Anew Heater installation Experience 2026 victorious glorious Entanglement!!!!! THANK YOU MERCURIO'S for "Now Cozy Winterize Townhome" 😂 Hahaha

  Thank you for a great first experience with your plumbing division last week. Thank you for the consistently awesome customer service, Amber, and thank you, Dustin, for an awesome annual plumbing inspection experience! I feel comfortable and confident calling Mercurio's for future plumbing needs. I also need to highlight the HVAC division and rave about the consistently awesome customer service as well as great experiences with the skilled technicians, to include Charles M., Josh H., and Zach H. who have helped me understand and improve my unique HVAC system over the past few months. Everybody with Mercurio's, whether by phone or in person, has been accommodating, competent, and positive in their interactions with me as the customer. I highly recommend Mercurio's membership which includes two annual HVAC visits, as well as one annual inspection for both plumbing and electrical. Thank you, Mercurio's!

  Installation of a new heat pump went very well. Items included in the system were explained to me. As was how to use the new thermostat. I still have more to learn about using it. I will be watching YouTube in the future. The reason I didn't give a 5 star was because of the cleaning after the indtall. There was a light trail of water leading from near the furnace to the outside of the garage on the floor. I found a few screws on the the garage floor and around the new furnace. Lastly there was wood shavings left from the holes drilled in studs by the electricians. In a few extra minutes this clean up could have been done by the installers instead of me.
