David & Johnny went WAY above and beyond for us and were so kind, patient, friendly and helpful even though we (they) experienced one problem after another! They never complained, stayed as late as they needed to so we could be functional on this Friday night before the weekend. I feel they sacrificed a lot to help us out, and it meant the world to us! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! Thank you so much! They did emergency repairs and installed

Him and his partner George replaced all the outgoing drain lines in my house. The two of them worked long and hard and did a fantastic job. Very respectful of being in someones home and cleaned up any debris from the work as they went along. Wanted to go with a local company and am very pleased with the caliber of work from Nathan and his team at Bob Larson's plumbing. Would recommend to friends and use again.

After a $500 initial diagnosis of faulty heat exchanger in new Tankless Hot Water Heater that took 10 minutes then an hour of entering Warrentee info with manufacturer, Bob Larson produced a $2600 bid to replace the part that the manufacturer said would only take 2 hours (all Noritz would pay was $400 as ‘customary and usual payment for labor involving this part’). Bob Larson wants to charge more for a part replacement than an entirely new tankless water heater would cost. I am willing to pay for specific skills and experience, but when a company is so blatantly ripping off homeowners, it is infuriating and unacceptable.

They help you find independent contractors that educate you on your rights as customer of your home insurance. There are laws and policies that you need to be aware of as you make decisions that may impact insurance. Bob Larson’s advocate for homeowners. And they do not take shortcuts. They make sure the work is done thoroughly.

Kyle Hofman came out, he was professional and friendly. He took me through what he was seeing, explained and answered my questions as they came up. Was super informative and made me feel like our home wasn't just an extra job in the day. He cared about how to get our home back in order and went over a few plans to provide me options for fixing the issues at hand and costs associated. They are saving me thousands in comparison to other companys like Harts/Spartan plumbing! There were absolutely NO hidden or extra fees, they're straight up and detailed. Definitely the only plumbing company I want to continue working with when things come up and I will recommend to anyone I know that needs plumbing work done.
