  After having plumbing catastrophe after plumbing catastrophe, I have had Bob Larson Plumbing out on probably 7 occasions in the last 3 weeks. I feel like these guys are family now! They are all top notch, caring, amazing people. They may not be the least expensive company around, but they are worth every penny and more! Nathan has been to my house the last 3 or 4 times, and he is phenomenal. He knows his stuff, works hard, and truly seems to care about going the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect when he leaves. The office staff is amazing, and my account manager, Amber, is the best. She makes sure she is there for whatever I need. Great company all the way around!

  Thank you. Working with your team was an outstanding experience, and it is a service I would gladly use again in the future. Anthony Chavarria and his laborer were exceptional to work with. From the moment I met Anthony during his initial visit to quote the project, I was impressed by his professionalism. He was well-spoken, knowledgeable, courteous, and demonstrated outstanding character. I was pleased to learn that he would be returning to complete the rough-in plumbing installation over a two-day period. When Anthony returned with his laborer for the installation, I observed the same high level of professionalism in communication, technical skill, and ethical conduct. Their work reflected pride, competence, and a clear commitment to quality service.

  I had an issue with a driveway drain that was backing up with heavy rain and flooding my driveway. Service techs were dispatched within two days (it was not an emergency). Matthew Bryant and Brennon arrived promptly and not only assessed the issue but they completed a home plumbing assessment of my water heater, general plumbing, crawl space and water pressure. I was given a up front quote for the work and they were able to start work on the driveway drain immediately. They used cameras and high pressure hoses to clear it out as well as determine that the end of the drain pipe had been crushed. It was resolved quickly and the crushed end removed They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous I will definitely be using them again for future work. Matthew also explained the maintenance plan they offer for $130/year which was a no-brainer I also appreciate that I received a text ahead of time with a picture and bio of who would be coming out. Safety! Thank you!

  For others looking for a price reference... First visit was great! - In 2022, 3 angle stop replacement in kitchen: $475.24; great price, beat Bowers by 50%. - In 2022, quote for 50gal electric water heater replacement was $2,918.70. Acceptable, would have made sense. Hired again in 2025 and was a disaster: - In mid-2025: cost to remove toilet, replace with customer-provided toilet, and dispose of old toilet: $770.57. They then had me sign something saying they wouldn't take responsibility if there were issues afterward. - Same thing with new water heater quote; ~$3,900 and would have had me sign the thing saying they weren't responsibility if there was issues afterward. The guy in 2022 was great, the 2 guys in 2025 seemed less than professional. While I prefer local businesses, better quality control is needed. My 2022 experience would have been a 5-star review.

  I contacted Barb Larson’s Plumbing to assess a possible warranty-related issue with my water heater. The technician did explain possible repair options, but I felt the diagnostic charge and overall pricing were quite high. After that visit, I spoke with other plumbers who also identified two possible causes of the problem. One plumber charged a much more reasonable diagnostic fee, determined that the first issue was the likely cause, and completed the repair successfully. The total cost was far more cost-effective and was roughly one-third of what Barb Larson’s Plumbing had estimated for their diagnostic-related charge. While I appreciate the time spent evaluating the issue, I ultimately chose another plumber because the pricing seemed out of line compared with other companies I contacted afterward. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to compare estimates before proceeding.
