  The Pro-Flow Gutters Company replaced all my gutters and downspouts in October 2024. When I recently reported a water intrusion issue, Glen, the owner, responded promptly and scheduled an inspection within two days. Glen’s initial theory was that a sealant used at the junction where the downspout, T-Rex, and gutter meet might have caused the water intrusion. He personally investigated the issue rather than delegating it to his team and discovered another sealant inside the gutter that may have restricted water flow. That sealant had likely been applied by my roofing company during a previous roofing modification. To resolve the problem, Glen removed all the sealant, then replaced the existing T-Rex with a new one after creating a proper downspout opening instead of using any sealant. The result looks clean and professional. I was also pleased to see that he used a brand-new T-Rex piece instead of reusing or patching the old one. In addition, his team member, Alex, was very kind and took the time to locate and pick up many nails left behind by my roofing company. I truly appreciated Glen and his team’s prompt response, thorough investigation, and high-quality workmanship.

  I have used Pro-Flow Gutters 3 times - for my house, machine shed and RV shed. They were very competitive on price, on time, delivered what they promised and were friendly and professional. The first job they did for us was about 4 years ago and it has worked without problem. We had them do gutters, downspouts and leaf guards. I would highly recommend Glen and his crew.

  Pro flow showed up when they said they would. Worked hard and did an excellent job. Glenn told me what he thought would be best for my house even though he wouldn't make as much money. I would definitely use them again.
