  First experience with Holiday Heating and Cooling. Have seen the ads I decided to try them out for a furnace service. Steven Sanders showed up at the exact time he had promised ( earlier phone call to give me a heads up on arrival time). With shoe covers in place, he proceeded to do the most thorough furnace service I could have ever imagined. I didn’t want to annoy him with too many questions but he cheerfully answered all my concerns and I appreciated his candor and thoroughness. He jokingly mentioned about his “hyper focused” technical side as he re-routed and trimmed a mess of wires the original installer had left in place. Everything checked out fine with the unit and he gave me some good tips on future maintenance. I highly recommend Holiday Heating and you won’t go wrong with Steven as your tech !

  Matthew was very courteous and professional. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me pictures. He fixed the furnace and gave me options as the furnace is old and does need to be replaced.

  I had a very good experience with Chad. He was very thorough in his explanation of what would go into getting a new furnace and ac. He told me what our home needed or didn’t need and he made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. 10/10 experience

  We had Jesse Smith from Holliday Heating, Cooling & Electric come out to our property for a multi-point inspection, and he did a great job. He was very professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also changed out our filter, which we really appreciated. Overall, we were impressed with his professionalism and approachable demeanor. It made the whole experience easy and pleasant. We would definitely recommend him and look forward to working with your team again in the future.
