  Did a god awful job on a family members roof. Anyone can get a business license and say they are roofers. The owner is super nice and he really tried to make it right but there was so many inconsistencies between what he said and what his sales guy/customer service guy tells you. Also it took a long time to be completed. Months, actually. I would trust the owner if hes the one up there roofing but the rest of them need to find new jobs. 40k is a great price for a roof of this size but at the end of the day 40k is a boat load of cash. Almost a year later and guess what? The chimney is leaking. I guess the 25 tubes of caulking didnt hold up.

  I contacted David at Garcia roofing because another roofer I hired backed out and my insurance was going to drop me. I give David and the Rachelle 5 stars because they communicated well and helped me through a terrible situation. David answered all questions day and night. The crew showed up and did an excellent job covering my plants and picking up every single nail. I am very impressed with this company and plan on calling them back for my garage. They were honest and up front about price and made the whole process easy.

  We are very pleased with Garcia Roofing LLC, and the work they did replacing our 40 year old metal roof. The crew was hard working, the quote was a great value and communication was responsive. They really worked hard to make sure it was exactly what we wanted.

  I was extremely impressed by how fast the crew replaced our roof almost two years ago. It looked great and I was very pleased until we noticed water stains 6 months later across the ceiling that ran the entire width of the house. I was relieved and impressed when the owner came right over, realized that the ridge vents had to be removed, which they then promptly fixed. They then sent someone to paint the ceiling. Since I don’t live in that house, several months later I was in the house and finally saw the painted ceiling. Whoever they sent was clearly not a painter and just painted over the stains which didn’t match the rest of the ceiling paint. A year and many broken promises to paint the ceiling, I got quotes from several painters to paint the entire ceiling. Omar promised to reimburse me for it. I’m still waiting to be reimbursed and he’s no longer responding to me. If he follows through with his promise and I receive the reimbursement check, I will try to change my rating. It’s too bad because I would have given them 5 stars, but that’s not possible, now. Hopefully they’ll do the right thing and reimburse me and if they do, I’ll try to update this post. UPDATE: I’m pleased to report that Omar did come through, was sincerely apologetic for the delay and reimbursed me for the repair. Overall, I would recommend Garcia Roofing!

  Had high wind roof damage on a Saturday, and most roofing companies were closed but Garcia not only answered their phone the owner came over to look at the damage. Mr. Omar said he would have someone come out Sunday to make the repair AMAZING! The roofer showed up on time and could not have been more professional and did an outstanding top notch job. If you have a need for roof work do not hesitate to call Garcia Roofing. Thank you for the quick response and high quality repair.
