  My parents had a consultation and felt pressured to buy because the guy kept saying he had spent six hours with them. By the time they got him out of the house it was 9:30 at night. They immediately regretted signing, my mom who has heart issues was so worried she didn’t sleep at all last night, they called the next morning to cancel and Taylor kept saying no you can’t cancel because I work on commission only (might I suggest trying a different profession if it is a problem), the cost $31,000. They’re 83 and 79 they don’t have that kind of money, fine they were approved for the loan, they still have to come up with the monthly payment. They sent a registered letter this morning but I see from a previous review that the letter may not get there. It is shameful to take advantage of the elderly. I will be calling and getting lawyers involved if they take this any further.

  Workmanship was not what we expected, different workers coming to the house, we had to keep calling them and making sure things got done. They made some promises they were not followed up on. If you have work done by them, take notes and watch the work they do.

  I entered my info for a quote last night. I have had 29 calls from them so far and it hadn't even been 24 hours. No messages just constant calls. That is harrassment. I will not do business with them!

  I decided to cancel my contract within the 3 day window and mailed the cancellation certified mail to the address in Spokane specified on the contract. It came back as undeliverable. I did my due diligence and attempted to reach Scott Bender, the sales representative, who has failed to respond to me after multiple attempts in writing. I filed a complaint with the BBB and find this company to be unprofessional. They also tried to charge me more than 3 times the average cost of a new shower. Buyers beware! Update: I found out from the BBB that they agreed to cancel my contract. I had one phone call from the regional manager after I made this post on Google and filed the BBB complaint . He asked me to change my rating once the contract was cancelled. I also reached back out to him twice before the BBB complaint was resolved and he never responded to me. So….my rating will remain unchanged.

  The work was done timely. The quality of workmanship was poor. The shower kit was not what was asked for. The manager has not kept his word about communicating and now I am forced to write this review.
