  Had our deck repaired and painted 2 years ago. While we weren't thrilled with the color, we decided to leave it. Turned out it was painted the wrong color which Max admitted to and was told he was going to give us a fair price - which turned out to be more expensive than original paint job. Despite multiple attempts to reach out- phone/text/voicemail over the past 2 months. I have received absolutely no response. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing to be completely ignored, especially when you are trying to resolve an issue or get clarity on a service. In my opinion, good customer service begins with good/closed loop communication and unfortunately this company has failed on this front.

  Yep, Max at Handyman Express killed it. Restaurants have the hardest time finding Quality contractors to do projects. Frugals is no different, I’m the Director of Operations and when looking for quality contractors, I have to rely on reviews. Well, the reviews didn’t lie! These guys took a small project and worked it nicely so we could continue working and were a joy to work with. Max at Handyman Express! We will have them back for larger projects for sure!

  Their service was excellent. The were able to schedule me the very next day. They were on time and completed the installation very quickly. Would recommend them with out hesitation,
