Waited at the desk while the employees chatted, one watching golf on the computer. My husband was asking about Timber Tek and Trex, and the guy "helping" us was making all kinds of snide answers to our questions and treating my husband as though he's an idiot. After a couple minutes I started getting pissed off and had to walk away. We are older and have built many things to code, so we are not stupid when it comes to most of it. We had questions about the actual product. When I found some I wanted a quote on, the golf guy treated my husband like he couldn't do basic math, so we just walked out the door. The guys loading the wood we bought were very prompt, kind and respectful. They themselves deserve 4 stars! Sadly, the people at the front desk and the outrageous quote for decking compared to everyone else have caused us to vow to buy the materials for future projects anywhere but here. Nobody deserves to be treated like that. We will be spreading the word. 👎
