- GMGuerrero michoacanoJun 24, 20251.0I went Monday the 23 around 430 pm to airefco trying to find a reducer fir my A/C oh man that's the worse stupid place I haven't been in my all entire life . The front lady I ask her for what I need She was rude and disrespectful She didn't even take the time to help me She just star screaming telling she won't help me if I don't have the ac unit model number So I told her ferguson told me they were good and patient on helping me with the part I do need but no way She doesn't even know what respect means so Please people you guts may want to consider finding a better place to buy parts and do not try to used this company cuz they don't know what respect means so hopefully they go out of business soon ....
