I spoke with the owner he was very nice and insightful and explained to me I probably needed a French drain installed (but he don’t do French drains) As we talked he seemed very nice and understanding to my issue. I thanked him and hung up. So 2 days later out of the blue he called me and gave me a number to call, so I could get someone here to help me with my problem. I thought that was very nice of him to take the time out of his schedule to help find someone that can fix my issue. He didn’t have to do that but he did. If I ever need new rain gutters installed he’d be the first guy Id called for an estimate.

HE lectured me about their “great“ customer service, this was after 2 installation appointments both cancelled same day, VERY NICE. Mike treats his customers like there time has no value, pretty disappointing. Fortunately, the finished product came out fine, but I’m still left with a pretty sour taste in my mouth.
