  We recently had Mainstream come and assess our HVAC system. Adam Bertram was our Technician, he was very thorough with his inspection, pointed out things he was seeing, then went over his findings with us. Ultimately we decided to get a new HVAC system as ours was 25 years old. Adam did not pressure us to do this, just gave us our options. Wyatt Millsap was our Advisor, he went over our options for a new HVAC based on our needs, and showed us the information on an I-Pad, and it was easy to compare the features of the systems. We were very impressed with Mainstream, their communication regarding appointments was excellent, and Adam and Wyatt were both friendly and personable, as well as thorough and professional. The installation was able to be set up within a few days, and we have no doubt it will be a smooth process.

  Josh, Isaac and Shawn were professional, efficient, and communicated with us before they started, possible concerns with the install of our new HVAC system, and also during the install. When they were finished, I was very impressed with the results of their work. Also, a shoutout to Jack, he was called in mid-project to assess our 20 year old water heater. Upgraded our plumbing, and installed a new water heater the same day. Thanks to the entire Mainstream team for your efforts and work.

  Excellent service from start to finish! They were able to send an electrician to our home the same day we called!! They were so thorough, continually updating us with the electricians time of arrival. When Kendall arrived he was very personable and knowledgeable! He finished our job quickly and gave us the paperwork we needed to give our home inspector. I would highly recommend Mainstream and will schedule with them again.

  We had to have the basement floor drain cleaned and were very impressed with Pierce's quick and efficient help. He looked up the coupon we wanted to use and had no problem doing a quick fix that will keep it working. He also took the time to explain what he needed to do and the options we had for more involved services. Opting for the quick coupon covered fix, he wasted no time getting it done. He happily gave us all the information we needed to make a decision should we need more services in the future. This is the reason we only use Mainstream for our plumbing needs. No fuss, no hassle and no hard upsales. Thank you again, Pierce, for your pleasant and informative help!

  Well, where to start. I was totally surprised when I contacted Mainstream electric on a friday and was informed I could have same day service! Tracy Morrison was the plummer/ tech who arrived, early than expected another plus. Tracy is friendly, outgoing, proud of his expertise and level of his ability to repair effectively, not arrogant just confident. Tracy’s repair of the kitchen sink lived up to his experience and joy of being a plumber, Tracy explained all the steps needed to best repair the current issue, thank you very much. I would specially ask for Tracy for any future issues. Thank you so Tracy Deborah
