After proceeding to service my water heater he actually stumbled upon what most likely was the issue and electrical taped a small area of wire frayed by a rodent possibly and the igniter worked finally resulting in hot water again, thank you! All and all a good experience but Pricey as well. $ 508.00 worth ugh !
