I raise a disabled nonverbal child and they made sure everything was safe and done right. I wouldn't think of ever calling anyone else other than the Mainstream team. They turned my nightmare around and even laughed at my dumb jokes. Very reasonable prices for high quality service and hospitality. Thank you for all your help and kindness, keep up the good work. - RPRyan Plieth3 days ago3.0An overall good experience but two less than ideal items. 1. To be fair I didn't shop around or research prices but I was blown away at the 2.6k or 3.6k quoted price options. 2.6k for 1 outlet to be re-wired/moved to a dedicated new 20a breaker and a switch in the pathway...which would no longer be needed, replaced with an additional GFCI outlet. The larger quote was to add surge supression to the panel (optional; thus a separate quote). 2. I have an older plaster and lath house. The outlet job on the wall left gaping holes and cracks and chips all around the outlet to the plaster exposing even the lath and the outlet is not square/level. I didn't notice this right away while they were on site. Texted them and they are going to dispatch someone to patch it up... presumably I'll have to foot the cost for painting after though. That said, not a terrible scenario and the team was great who stopped by do the diagnosis/quote and the following team who did the work. They accomplished the job just cost a hell of a lot more than anticipated and now have to have a subsequent visit by a 3rd party to correct the plaster damage that resulted. Waiting for that follow up call to get the next visit setup to cleanup.

They are courteous, friendly, and skilled professionals. They communicate their progress from service order to final payment, and even share beforehand the service technician's name and photo for customer recognition and safety. New heater along with other work was done the same day. Steven M. was the perfect amount of conservational and professional, above and beyond knowledge of the products and water systems, and performed all the work amazingly. We are happy to now be a Mainstream family!

Labor was done by Sam he was very capable and analyzed the issues at hand and got the first issue (sump pump) replaced .His boss brought the new sump pump out so Sam could get started on the task at hand. Great team work very friendly! There are a couple more pipe issues that will be taken care of soon, I have every confidence the job will be well done after seeing the good work today! Start to finish attaboys! And thank you Gentlemen!
