    I would give a zero if I could. We’ve been without heat for two days because they use an operating service that says they requested emergency service for you and someone will reach out to you, then you get a confirmation of a window for that service and then no one calls or shows up. This happened two days in a row with several follow up calls. We were then informed on our 4th call that they were at max capacity and no one was coming. When I asked why I wasn’t informed that in the first place instead of being told someone was coming for two days to have no one show up or call to say they weren’t coming, I was informed that they knew they were at max capacity after they put in the request but they can’t call you to tell you that. They just leave you thinking you’ll be getting a service when they know you won’t, preventing you from thinking you should be calling other companies. When it’s a service as important as heating that is quite a predatory business practice. Will never use this company for this reason and horribly disappointed with their business practices. 0/5.

    We had a great experience with Hurliman! Our 30-year-old furnace finally gave up during a cold snap, and a Hurliman tech quickly came on short notice to check it out that evening. After confirming it needed to be replaced, we got a couple quotes and found Hurliman's reasonable and they could schedule us soon. On installation day, we found there was a error regarding the planned furnace size (mistakes happen!). It was handled very promptly and without any further issue. Our tech, Eric A., was great throughout installation and our home is warm again! Definitely recommend Hurliman - good communication, reasonable cost, and great customer service.

    Had Jake out for a furnace tune-up and it was great. Jake was very professional but warm and down to earth, he called before his arrival to make sure it worked for me. He showed up on time, asked if he needed to remove his shoes out of respect for the cleanliness of my home. Interacted with my cat well, said he had three himself. Did a thorough job talked me through all he was doing and showed test results of various furnace parts. Gave recommendations based on my machines age to help mitigate potential disasters in the foreseeable future. Did not try to sell me anything which was appreciated because when I signed up for the $8.80 tune-up deal at home Depot I was skeptical I was going to be hard sold something. Overall a lovely experience and would use this service again. I hope Jake gets a great meal because of this review, he earned it.

    Friendly an anxious to help me with letting me know where in the store I could find the items I wanted to get. And at the same time talked with me about the importance of my heating system being in good working order without issues,and the Special offer I couldn't say No to as I very well know what the usual price is.Better to find a issue Now than have my system go Down in the middle of the nite on a Weekend (even More expensive .! As I've been there!đŸ˜”â€đŸ’«. For those of you who have used this HVAC Company in the Past; Let it be known as I've found out are under New owner ship and with a all New Field crew of tech's.

    The technicians were outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to fix issues like a leaking return duct, install the backordered UV light, and properly connect the second stage of the furnace (which wasn't hooked up correctly during initial install). Sales rep Dan was likable and low-pressure overall, though we felt a bit rushed to put down a deposit the same day. However, the office staff was unhelpful and rude: they misplaced our large payment check but didn't call to update us (no apology), sighed audibly over basic questions, ignored follow-up requests and an email complaint, and made us feel like a nuisance after getting our money. Initial install had errors (single-stage only, gaps causing leaks), and no one warned us that the two-stage furnace would be extremely loud on high—now it sounds like a waterfall, forcing us to turn up the TV. We regret not going single-stage for quieter operation and lower cost. Also concerned about potential AC issues come summer, and unresolved billing question on a thermostat we kept (our Nest) but were apparently charged for. Techs saved this from being worse, but poor office communication and incomplete info during sales left us frustrated and nervous about future problems. Edit: Shawna called at 5:50 p.m. while we were getting ready for dinner. She said she would text me her personal number and asked me to call her back at my convenience. I have not called her back yet. I'm not sure what more could be accomplished with a follow-up call anyway. The installation issue has already been resolved. Trust isn't going to be rebuilt with a phone conversation at this point. My hope is that there are no further problems with the AC this summer. As soon as the current contract expires, I plan to cancel the Home Care package (currently $400/year). Unit is insanely loud. Would like that thermostat we paid for to see if switching to the Trane branded thermostat will resolve the blower speed.
