The crew member who came out quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a fix in a short amount of time. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a thorough explanation as well as future recommendations for the system. Thank you so much!
- RLryan laButeSep 10, 20255.0Please call Element Air first guys!!! Don’t waste your money on the big companies first. Zane and his crew are top notch. They sent out their service tech Jared, he was super nice and professional, he showed me everything he found as he did it. Jared was very knowledgeable about my air handler and heat pump. Did his diagnostic and found my refrigerant leak, he was able to fix it up and add a little charge to my system. They show you every charge they did to a T. One thing to note is Element Air techs aren’t on commission, so they aren’t going to press for a new system unless it is 100% required. And will show you why. You are going to get the repairs you need at a great price. They saved me $4,000 compared to Bills heating and air’s quote. Side note DO NOT use bills heating and air, they will take advantage of you! Call Zane first! Thank you guys!
