Pierce knows his stuff! Before today’s install, Eric Hansen came out and measured, went over option, answered questions and clarified what to do expect. Pleasant and NO “high pressure”. Eric is relaxed, yet professional and it was a productive informational meet that resulted in identifying what door and such was best for our garage. Eric is an outstanding company sales representatives and every step went amazingly well and he was great to work with. Continental Door has been excellent from first call - Haylee helped us- to get general pricing, setting up a measuring appointment and informed me of the process and wait time to expect. Haylee is awesome, she is excellent, professional and well informed. All I can say is the team I worked with through Continental Door is fantastic all around. Our door and all components, look and function as they should, for a reasonable price and the whole process has been an excellent experience. Continental Door must save on advertising and passes the savings on to the customer; my other bid was way more and the experience was subpar. Thank you Continental Door. Only improvement: give ALL the employees business cards, so us customers can share your business easily.
