  We called Continental Door to get an estimate on fixing our garage door. The company dispatched James to our home and he gave us a very thorough evaluation of what we needed to do to address the problem. James was very friendly, polite and most of all knowledgeable. He phoned back the same day with an estimate, and came out the next day to complete the repairs. We are extremely pleased with Continental Door, and would definitely use them again in the future.

  We have contacted Continental Door a few times in the past for services but this experience was by far the most impressive experience. I was leaving for work and could not get our entry gate to unlock. I tried everything I could think of to solve the problem myself but it was clear there was something wrong with the locking mechanism and I wasn’t going anywhere without professional help. I called Continental Door and was greeted by a very sympathetic receptionist. Not long after I received a call back from another gentleman who said help would be on the way shortly; Chris was already on a job somewhat close to my area and he would head over soon. I was amazed. I thought I was going to be trapped in my own front yard for at least a day or two. Chris arrived about 1 hour from the time I made the original call! I was out the door soon after as he confirmed the locking mechanism was shot and had a very smart solution to get me on my way while still maintaining security at my home. I was very impressed with Chris’ professionalism and would highly, highly recommend Continental Door to anyone. I apologize that I can’t recall the names of everyone I interacted with that day- very kind, professional and reassuring.

  Garage door was installed last year, and the experience from start to finish was excellent. Customer service was outstanding from the showroom through installation. As with any project, a few minor adjustments were needed, but every issue was handled promptly and professionally. Phone calls were returned, communication was clear, and service was consistently reliable. In an industry where many builders and contractors deliver poor workmanship, substandard materials, and inadequate service, Continental Door stands apart. It has been a pleasure working with a company that values quality, follow-through, and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

  Had a problem with our driveway gate. I had two other companies come out and they both thought it was the motherboard and both said they would check if it was still available and get back to me. One said I would probably have to replace the contol panel itself. Never heard back from either, even the one that charged me $250 for the service call. I called Continental Door and they were out in a few days. They repaired frayed/broken wires and gate works perfectly!!! The price was very reasonable and if I could give a 10 star review I would!!!!
