The sales rep Blaine was extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease with our purchase. My mom is 90 years old and we were in a tough situation with no heat. Although they were booked out a few weeks for installs, Blaine thought they might be able to move the schedule around a bit to fit us in. Within an hour after we had made our purchase, I received a call from Jordan to let us know they could do the install within a couple of days. At that point, I knew we definitely had chosen the right company given they went the extra mile to make it all possible. The installers Lance and Weston, were very nice, respectful, and got the job done. Words can't express the gratitude we felt towards our overall experience. What a great company!

The episode was very informative—we discussed options including changing from heat pump/ furnace currently to A/C/furnace, as well as using one of two brands of heat pump that satisfy my needs. I found Blaine to be honest, knowledgeable and pleasant. No hard sales effort. I will get further proposals/estimates, but would feel comfortable with Comfort Heating.
