The Continental Door team was very responsive , providing all the necessary information and pricing for my insurance company in a timely fashion . They were able to match my door exactly within the timeframe specified. Eric did an excellent job installing the door and track replacement. He was very attentive to making sure that everything was working perfectly and took time to adjust all related components. They entire team is very friendly and helpful.

Not only was it half the price, they were honest and told be the repair isn’t necessary at this time. Nick who took my call and kindly set up a second inspection with Eric, was so knowledgeable and helpful. Eric showed up today and I actually paid to have my doors tuned up the right way, with a spring adjustment I was told by Precision didn’t exist. I love when I find a family owned company who isn’t out to gouge the customer. I hope they get lots of new business from this review, because companies like this are few and far between these days.
