  Derrick showed up right when he said he would. He was very courteous and professional. Explained what he would do to clear our clog. He is very personable and was a friendly experience. After completed he checked several times to make sure the clog was fixed. I’m in sales myself and Derricks visit was a positive one and would recommend his service to anyone. Thank you

  I contacted Bulldog Rooter to have a natural gas line capped. They aren't the company that first came to mind for this, but I called and they were able to get here next day. The quote was less than half the first place I called. Jeremy Conner was the worker who came to my home. He was professional and kind and very helpful. Couldn't ask for a better experience from him. It cost more than I was hoping, but who has ever gotten a service done and thought "I wanted to pay more for that" right. Thanks for the fast and great work!

  I give Bulldog Plumbing a 5 star for 2 reasons. One (and the most important one) is Tanner. Our technician Tanner was professional, respectful, polite, and very transparent each step of that way. Without him honestly I would’ve sought out other options before pulling the trigger. Tanner really won us over with his hard work and great customer service. Now to my second reason - promptness or quickness or urgency, whatever you want to call it. I needed a plumber right away. My drain stopped wanting to do its job one day and my house couldn’t do anything water related. No bathrooms, no toilet, no showers, nothing. I needed a plumber asap especially with kiddos in my house. Bulldog had someone to my house in less than an hour. Now here is my only hiccup - price. It was steep. I do not feel like it was worth that amount. But again, regardless of the cost I would recommend Tanner as the technician you should use.

  I have never had a plumber come to our aid before but I sure am glad I did today! I already have told multiple family members about this awesomeness! I called this afternoon, he came pretty much right away, and in no time at all he had it unclogged. I had my dog out away and told Vince in case he heard him barking or whiny I didn't want him to get spooked (our dog is pretty huge) and he asked if my dog likes biscuits. Of course he does and he gave me a biscuit for my dog and he was just so pleasant a person to even my cats. Vince, you rock! Lol. It's funny cause he found a rock in my drain, among other foreign non-sink-friendly items. Just a stand up fella. I am so appreciative! Thank you Bulldog Rooter for having such an exemplary employee! I will remember this and if EVER in my life I need plumbing services again, I won't hesitate to call you guys up. I wish I would have had something to tip this gentleman on the spot because I am just so friggin happy with his awesome demeanor and help today. Thanks Vince and thanks Bulldog Rooter!!!

  David and Dj were great. They were here in a timely manner, respectful, and helpful. I was worried when I called the plumber on a Thursday that I might not be able to access our main floor bathroom, which was a HUGE problem as my mother was being released from the hospital that same day and I was worried they might not be able to fix it in time. To my happiest surprise they were quick and efficient. Diagnosed our problem and had a resolution instantly, they knew what was going and and how to address it but also had everything they needed in their van on site. They were ready go and did an excellent job. Its was more than I expected cost wise I'm not gonna lie but it was necessary and something that I didnt have time to price check around, but I know replacing chunks of old pipe is spendy anyways so it is what it is lol. But Bulldog was great and had this matter solved in less than an hour! Will absolutely recommend and use again if needed. But fingers crossed that won't be for a hot minute! Thanks guys !!!
