The estimate was $1,500.00 to replace a PRV (pressure Reduction Value) and the best timing would be at least a week. The value was $350 about a year and a half ago and it wasn't even guaranteed to fix the reoccurring problem. I can work with plumbing supply company and at worst cost me $400 and my personal time. Also I have other ideas that might fix the problem. Update: Even without me protesting or the original review being posted Specialty Pump & Well notified me that they were refunding the service free. WOW, that is honor and respect!!! Ander was professional and respectful it was just the inflated price that caused the initial review rating which I am updating to 4 stars for how the tech and company treats their customers and potential customers. If I find myself in need of other services they provide I will call them.
