No, I wasn't happy with the price being so high with my fireplace not being able to be fixed or repaired but that was by no way John's fault. The final outcome wasn't great news either but not John's issue either. No matter what when the day is thru I'm stuck with a broken fireplace still and the bill but we did get to meet a fantastic guy named John Lewis who we would have back at any time to do any type of work. He was great!!
