  We have used A Wesco several times for regular pumping and they have exceeded our expectations each time. We recently had a pipe repair done by Tony and they were knowledgeable and professional, efficiently used their time, kind in teaching and showing us the exact repair and offered a discount because of our history with them which was completely unexpected. To have Tony request that of his office was an indication of their high level of customer satisfaction. Highly, highly recommend!

  This is my first time having a home with a septic system and therefore my first time using a septic service. They were quick to call back after an online inquiry, they were able to schedule a service within a few days that worked with my schedule (3 days after the phone call to be exact), and they notified me via text when they were on the way and arrived in the time slot they promised they would be here by. The two gentlemen were very friendly, explained things to me clearly and respectfully, and were efficient at their job. It took 20 mins from start to finish. They were even respectful of the lawn/property. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asked. Great service all around. 10/10.

  We had an excellent experience from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood exactly what was going on with our system.

  In order for us to sell our parent's place, the septic system needed to be pumped out and inspected. Alex and KG were efficient and knowledgeable. It turned out there was an original tank that hadn't been pumped in at least 25 years! They had to dig down a foot to find access. The newer system for the other building was easy access. The guys finished and did the inspection. There's a lot to do to bring it all up to code which will be done on another day. Alex and KG were easy to work with and did a great job. In addition, today, Tony and Brian arrived earlier than scheduled and got right to work. They worked hard and had both septic systems and drain fields updated in a few hours. They were courteous and helped us save some $ as well. Both teams answered my questions and I'm happy we chose A Wesco Septic Services to update our property!

  Tony and Brian were prompt and on schedule. Professional and disturbed nothing but the ground at service site. Job completed very efficiently. Repair time was substantially shorter than envisioned. I keep returning to Awesco for my septic service and repair needs. No need to go anywhere else. I highly recommend Awesco Septic, Inc. David K.
