Turns out in tiny (literally unreadable) print it said the coupon was only good for uncovered lids. Ok, no problem. The guy was a jerk about it but I booked anyway. When they showed up there were additional fees for digging, filter cleaning, and paying with a credit card. I got pretty upset so the foreman waived some (not all) of the secret fees. The crew that showed up was courteous and did the job but it was not enough to get the bad taste out of my mouth.

From the moment Jeff and his son Blake arrived, I could tell they were experts. They knew everything about septic systems, and it really showed. They were 110% dedicated to making sure everything was functioning properly, and they took the time to explain what to look for in the future – all in a helpful, non-salesy way. It was clear from the start that their main goal was to pump the system and clean the filter (which I didn’t even know existed!). Not only did they handle everything professionally, but they also showed me how to clean the filter myself, which I really appreciated. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for better service. If you’re looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and honest septic system experts, A Wesco is the way to go!
- EGEdgar GottiDec 10, 20255.0I had the Best experience this morning! I called Awesco this morning as we were having issues with our washer and downstairs toilet over flowing last night. I called AWESCO this morning and Pete got me an appointment the same day! They sent out two of their service techs, David and Rufio. These guys were“Top Notch” NO BS, straight to the point and honest! They found my backup issue quickly and resolved before I knew it, which was such a relief! They then proceeded to pump out my septic and inspect my tank, filters, distribution box, Clean Out and when everything was done they verified the performance of water flow out of my house into the tank! They gave me very good advise and recommendations to maintain my septic for the future so to keep my system in top notch condition. The information alone was worth the fee’s! These guys were very friendly, humorous, respectful and professional with their expertise and knowledge. I was so impressed that I noted their names for the next time I needed AWESCO’s services so you know who I’ll be asking for! Thank You AWESCO and Thank You David and Rufino! I wish you guys the best!!
