  I was very impressed with my service experience. Technician took the time to hear my concerns going above and beyond. He explained some issues he was concerned about. After his initial inspection he provided recommendations with respect to better our system, leaving us with the confidence in A wesco’s services and their team.   Wesco Septic was an absolute breeze to work with. Everyone in the office was pleasant, patient, and understanding of my situation. I called with many questions—more than a few times—and each time they handled my concerns with such care and clarity. When I was in a time crunch, they did their best to accommodate me, and I genuinely appreciated that. The technicians, Tony and Bryan, were professional, thorough, and made sure everything was inspected and fixed properly. I truly appreciate their excellent service. Highly recommend!

  I had Nolan from A Wesco come out to our property and diagnose our system because an alarm came up. It turns out we had a sticky float switch in the sand filter that tripped the alarm. He diagnosed the problem quickly, we needed a Tank pump-out also. Nolan took extra time to make sure all other parts of the System were working and detected some drain field valves were not set properly, and he fixed those. Nolan walked me all around the system and made recommendations for what to watch out for and how to clear alarms and the rates at which the tanks fill and drain with the pumps. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was great with the clean up as well left everything in pristine order. the whole experience was professional. I have had A Wesco come out several times over the years and this team is top notch, They are customer obsessed and provide excellent service.

  I got my septic tank serviced/pumped a few months ago and the guy who came out said everything was in fine working order. I had the company come back out yesterday to look at a crack in one of the lids, and they left quoting me $7,000 worth of work that didn’t even make sense. Not only that, they charged me to come out just to LOOK at it, not do anything, and it was $400. Why should I have to pay $400 for them to look at something that they clearly missed the last time they were here? I feel very taken advantage of and will definitely be getting another opinion.

  I had my septic pumped by one awesome crew. Another awesome crew replaced a pipe for me and put an inlet baffle in. Both crews were beyond professional and kind people. I know nothing about this stuff and they took the time to explain it all to me. This company is very lucky to have such special people working for them, they must treat them well because they were enthusiastic in their profession. From the time I called in to speak to the representative to the end result and job completion was hassle free. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you all for your services. You guys and gals are awesome! Above satisfied customer.
