  If I could give Dickson Electric more than five stars, I would. From the moment they arrived, it was clear I was dealing with true professionals. They transformed what I expected to be a messy, complicated project into a smooth, stress‑free experience. The dedicated conduit line was installed with such care that it looks like part of the home’s original design. And the electric fireplace—wow. It instantly elevated the entire room. Their craftsmanship is impeccable, and their pride in their work shows in every detail. They were punctual, communicative, respectful, and left the space cleaner than they found it. It’s rare to find businesses and their staff who blend technical mastery with this level of customer care. I’m genuinely blown away and will be recommending them to everyone I know. They also filed for the permit with the city! I previously used them for a chandelier installation in the main bedroom and when an exterior outlet went bad. Three separate occasions, all fabulous experiences!

  Dickson Electric was TOTALLY FREAKING INCREDIBLE!!! Not only did they diagnose the problem with our double-wide home's and replaced the four connecting sockets that are between both halves of the home. If one went bad, it was logical, the other three would as well. They replaced them now instead of waiting. They, BOUGHT, and added dimmer switches, changed light bulbs, noticed that 4 smoke detectors were 20 yrs old and they replaced those. Under my deck, they noticed holes in the skirting. They cut plywood and attached that over the skirting to cover the holes, I never asked them to do that. WOW! They found fire hazards underneath from mice and cut the circuit for safety. I LIKE THAT! They BOUGHT skirt vents for me and even though they tried to screw them in, they found problems but left the rest with me. WOW x 2! They went above and beyond what anyone expected and that's the service I expect and I provide being a small business owner myself for 38 years. I highly recommend Dickson Electric for all your electrical needs. They work hard to make your home safe, they are knowledge, friendly, courteous, and even get along with my two cats and two dogs.

  I was very pleased with Dickson Electric’s work on our 80-year old building’s conversion to a barbershop. They were on time, on budget, very efficient, professional, and solved problems quickly that could have taken hours to troubleshoot. Everything we needed for lights and power was installed in a workmanlike manner. Highly recommend! -Dan M

  I’ve been working closely with Dickson for about a year now and they’ve been great to work with. Their customer service really stands out it’s always a real person on the phone and everyone is friendly, easy to talk to, and willing to help however they can. They’re quick to respond, easy to coordinate with, and just make things simple on my end. The work has always been solid and their pricing is fair and straightforward. I also really appreciate how honest and reliable they are. I’ve used them a lot at this point and have never had a bad experience. They show up, get the job done right, and are easy to trust. At this point I don’t see myself using anyone else.
