Trish was awesome to work with—quick to respond, patient with all my questions, and genuinely helpful when we were deciding between a couple options. The install crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the finished carpet looks clean and tight with no weird seams or loose spots. Communication was solid the whole way. Would absolutely use them again.

She was incredible from start to finish. She is incredibly professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. We had lots of questions through the process, and she was always very helpful. All Floors and More is definitely on that list. From the moment I entered the store there was a sense of ease and comfort. There was no pressure, the selection was amazing and Carolyn really went out of her way to help me with my design. Even when I though I found what I wanted, the tile Ended up being discontinued and not in stock. Carolyn was very upfront and made sure that we found another option even better than the one I selected. Just like that I took the samples home and I was thrilled with the result. She definitely made sure what I was getting was perfect. On short notice it was ordered and on a truck right away. The pricing was very competitive and I had no problems with the transaction. Communication was prompt and they addressed every question I had with in-depth knowledge. If you are looking for any flooring or tile needs, I would definitely check them out. You will not be sorry you did! They have earned my business, trust and they have my highest recommendation.
