I called Vern about felling 35 trees on my property, removing the stumps and cleaning things up, and he was quickly on site giving me an estimate. He communicated clearly and regularly with me about when he could start the job and made sure to answer all the questions I had before he got started. He was on time to both the estimate and job, followed through on everything he said he would do for my site, and did so to a very high standard. He also worked quickly - from the time I called him to the time he finished the job was less than a week! I will definitely be hiring Vern again for the next project. Thanks again, Vern!
- MMMikeAug 19, 20211.0Scheduled someone to come out on Monday to give me a quote on putting a driveway on the side of my house they said they'd be out between 5:30 and 6:00 they called early in the morning and canceled not a big deal gave me a heads up, so we rescheduled for Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:00 nobody called nobody showed up. Have left them voicemails have emailed them I have not heard anything back. The lady on the phone seemed nice but every time it came time to do the quote Vern had something else to do. I canceled my plans on Wednesday to be home so we could make this happen and nobody showed. They say they're open 24 hours they don't ever answer a phone. And their website says professional and high quality I'm not seeing the professionalism.
