  We had a small job to remove carpet and level the floor in our basement, but Vogel's treated us like their biggest and best customer from start to finish. Our first contact with Nick was highly professional, and he gave us lots of information on different flooring types even though we weren't using them for the install. During the actual work, Omar and team couldn't have been better. They were on time, fast, friendly, and the quality of the work was outstanding. He also did a great job answering the questions I had and gave advice for my upcoming self-install. If I ever need to get flooring work done, this team is going to be my first call every time.

  This was my 2nd time using Vogel's. The first time was for a large area rug. They did the surging for it as well, and it came out great. This time, I needed to replace a stair runner that lost it's luster after years of dog wear and foot traffic. Nick helped me pick a product that had better durability & dirt/stain resistance. The lead installer Ruben was fantastic, as was his associate Andres. If you've ever watched carpet be installed, you know how physically demanding it is (that's an understatement really), and these guys really know their craft. They were respectful and careful with my home, and knew that I needed things to look better than the last install where the person didn't bother to finish the bottom edge of the runner (had frayed loops that looked terrible). They came out to template everything first, and Ruben made sure we were on the same page about the reveal as well as the landing. Great communication and important to have that upfront. I selected the surging color to match the rug and that was done by them in house- looks great! They arrived punctually both visits which was appreciated, and got to work removing the old runner, and prepping the install for the new pad, etc. Ruben also built up several transition areas from my hardwood floors to the carpeted bedrooms, where again the old installer took unfortunate shortcuts that I realized too late. Those shortcuts led to stubbed toes and a pretty big gap between the rug and hardwood and felt lousy under foot. Ruben did a beautiful job fixing all of these areas, and it is a huge improvement, which shows again he really knows his craft. I feel very lucky to have worked with Ruben and Andres and the Vogel's team, and am hopeful they get positive recognition beyond this review. Their hard work and care made a really positive change in my home, and I hope they feel proud of their work. Sincere thanks!

  Extremely pleased with the entire experience. Wide product selection available at multiple price points, courteous and focused advice when asked, immediate estimates before we left the showroom. Carpet samples promptly shipped. Worked to our schedule with clear communication, immediately addressing a minor schedule snafu. Polite, efficient and tidy install. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
