This is for a shop move and could have cost our business a lot of money and goodwill with our clients. Zero so far - very unimpressed. I called back later and the poor guy who had to make the call to begin with found a truck in Tacoma that was almost right (no walls). He had it brought up to Seattle for an on time pick-up.
