  They do not do bay window replacements. We requested a bay window replacement and a new window for our main bedroom. The sales rep Jason insisted that it would be too difficult to replace our bay and that we could replace the glass or get a flat window. They sold me a flat window and one other window for our main bedroom. I was unhappy with the flat window for the bay opening. They then forgot to mark it as home delivery despite me requesting it and putting it in the paperwork, but they at least were able to rectify the delivery. Note that communication with delivery was practically non-existent and I had to call their delivery vendor to determine when it would arrive. We went with another company for the bay window since I would've had to do the measurements myself and they said that replacement of our bay would be pretty standard since it was a prefab window and not custom.

  We just completed our project, and I couldn’t be happier. I did a lot of research on products and installers, and Sound View made the short list based on reviews and my initial call with Jeff. He was clearly knowledgeable and had the patience of Job — I asked a lot of questions during the selection process, and he handled all of them thoughtfully. We ultimately went with Andersen 100 Series windows after a lot of research, and Jeff was great in helping us work through the trade-offs and make the right decision for our home. Another thing that really impressed me was Jeff’s flexibility and honesty. He was willing to hold our project while we waited for a new Milgard fiberglass product designed for replacement (not new construction) to come to market, just so we could fully evaluate our options. That level of patience and customer-first approach is rare. What really stood out was their quoting process. They broke everything out by product and labor, which almost no one else would do without a lot of pushing. That level of transparency set them apart immediately. The project itself went very smoothly. They did exactly what they said they would do, and the installation team, led by Anthony, was fantastic — hardworking, detail-oriented, and focused on getting everything right. I highly recommend Sound View. It was a great experience from start to finish.

  We had a very poor experience with this company. I am an assistant, and my employer hired this company for a project. They made an error on the installation and came out to fix it. After they left, we realized that the window trim was not the same on both sides. We measured and sent pictures. Instead of having them come out a THIRD time to fix the error, we thought it was appropriate to ask for a small partial refund for 10 percent of the cost for the one window for the two errors and inconvenience as we were happy withy the rest of the project. They said that it falls under the installation warranty. We are generally amenable to warranty over refunds but given that this is would be the third time they were coming out for something we expected to be done correctly the first time, I wanted to read the read the warranty. I requested they send it to me. They never responded to my email, so I followed up the following week. They said they already shared it with my employer and did not attach it to the email. Overall we are slightly disappointed with the two errors, but understand that mistakes happen. However, we are extremely dissatisfied with the customer at soundview.

  Had a wonderful experience with Soundview. The estimate process with Jeff was fast. I got a detailed line item estimate which allowed me to see how much each window and door was costing me. I had 11 windows replaced, two sliding glass doors and a new front entry. The install with Baxter and Joel went smoothly. They both were friendly and took care of my house. I recommend them highly. They took my old front entry with one door and turned it into a two door entry. Looks amazing.

  We were extremely happy with our experience with Sound View Window & Door. We had both windows and doors replaced, and the entire process, from start to finish was seamless and well-organized. Ben, our installer, was especially skilled communicated clearly throughout, and ensured that everything was completed to the highest standard.
