  I didn't actually use Seattle Roof Systems for any work, but did call to ask some questions about a house inspection report I had received and to get an estimate for repairs. Zoom looked through the report and actually told me he didn't think repairs were needed, and if I still wanted to do the work for peace of mind he would be to. I appreciated the direct response and wouldn't hesitate to reach out in the future if/when I need work done.

  A had a couple of bids for replacing my roof and I chose Zoom because he was very thorough and responsive. He was able to get started in a reasonable amount of time and did the job in one day by bringing in several people to help. This minimized the amount of disruption that it caused, which I greatly appreciated. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards. My daughter is going to need her roof replaced soon and I will recommend them to her. They were great!

  The entire process from inspection, to estimate, to repairs, to installation, to cleanup, to billing/payment process was smooth, very polite, thorough and accomplished at a high standard. We are very pleased with the whole experience and the final result.

  I am happy to write a great review for Seattle Roof Systems. I called a few companies for quotes, and Zoom called back right away and was actually available to come out that same day to take a look at my rotting facia and gutters. The work was scheduled right away and everyone who worked on the job was friendly and fast. Communication with Zoom was easy as he is very responsive. I appreciate that he did a thorough and diligent walk through before and after the project was done. I am very happy with the work done and will look forward to working with him again!

  We contacted Zoom about what seemed to be a leak coming in through the roof of our townhouse. He got back to me quickly and offered to come check it out that same evening, well after normal working hours. Zoom took a look at the situation and quickly came up with a plan of action for us – but also suggested that we try cleaning up some algae in the area, just in case that was simply creating a blockage. He didn't have to tell us that, but he did, and it turned out he was right. Fast service and fair, honest business. I'm not looking forward to having to fix our roof, but when we do, we'll be contacting Zoom.
