  Vadzim was professional, polite, and informative and completely focused on familiarizing himself with our system and then attending to it. Integrity Energy Systems has been a reliable, uber-competent company from the day they showed up in April 2021 to analyze our previous heating system breakdown, propose an HVAC alternative replacement and install it in June 2021. Our total electrical bill fell by more than 1/3, year round, year over year, and we’re far more evenly, predictably warm while gaining air conditioning when we need it. We don’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Our older heat pump stopped working in the early morning hours, and Integrity Energy Systems was recommended by the heat pump manufacturer's website. Scheduling was easy, communication via text was seamless, and our technician Marcus was sharp, polite, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem correctly, returned promptly once parts arrived, and made some non-obvious settings adjustments to get everything back to normal. He even helped us think through a plan for the unit's future. Great experience start to finish.

  I cant recommend them enough. When we first moved in, they installed a new furnace and AC. Shortly after, we had a full home rewire and plumb and the entire team was amazing. Lili and Joolie at the office were always helpful to make sure we had our schedules aligned. Taylor came out to review the project in full and re-visited when we wanted to add to the scope of the project. Joel and his electrical team communicated with us through the full project to make sure we were always up to speed. Aaron and the rest of the plumbing team always made sure water was turned back on before they left. Also, the entire crew got to know our cat and dog and always were incredibly sweet to both. We are so happy with the full team as well as the work!
