  Carlos Echeverria, technician, did a great job with the finishing touches on our re-reroof, gutter and insulation project. He was personable to work with and worked solo: getting to some difficult to reach spots on our house. Those reading my posts for Guardian may note that I have left many reviews. Guardian encourages its customers to review each of the employees that worked on their project. In this case, that means five different reviews. I have high commendations for Guardian's individual workers, but some criticisms about the company/overview as a whole: many workers on the same project and requests for feedback for each of them is one such criticism. Would be nice to centralize this process and have point person with whom the customer could correspond (who is actually DOING the work AT THE PROPERTY ADDRESS.)

  This experience is based 100% on true occurrence's and I cannot caution people enough from working with this company. They are unreliable, have poor workmanship, and "excel" only is pseudo-customer service and sales to entice you to sign with them. You are much better off working with a smaller business that operates with integrity. First they quoted me 4k to repair my roof which turned into a 28k re-roof job that spanned across multiple months due to continued cancellation, usually day-of. By the time they were finished the roof was worse than when it started with nails coming through the wood and the worst workmanship. Now 9 months later, I have mushrooms growing through the door to the roof because they did not re-install it properly and moisture is coming in. I am trying to exercise my warranty but again have dealt with ongoing cancellation on the day of, and I am STILL waiting for them to come out and look at it. I'm not clear where these "good" reviews come from, but if you are considering a roof repair with this company, please think again, I would not want anyone to go through this.

  I did not have a great experience in the estimate process. I asked for a simple quote to patch a small leak between two sections of my gutter system and specifically said that I was not interested in any upsell or replacement, I only wanted a quote for the patch. The salesperson did exactly the opposite and waste an hour+ of my time preparing quotes for replacement systems and trying to upsell. I would leave a 1 star but the sales person was at least very polite and personable. It's very frustrating dealing with companies that only upsell; its the opposite of good customer service.

  Their time is more important than yours. Pinged them for a quote, they responded and went dark for 4 days. Had to text and then call them. Got a scheduled appointment - just for a quote. Fri: "our technicians are very busy, please be sure to be at you home when they are scheduled to arrive" Mon: 5 minutes before the appointment, a call saying they have a scheduling conflict. I then called the head quarters and the technician is out sick. Im not sure which story was accurate but either way, calling earlier so I didnt have to make an effort to be home and meet them is the respectible thing to do. Why would you hire a team that is so hard to communicate with and doesnt value your time?

  Ronnie and Issiah- these guys were seasoned vets that were friendly and skilled tradesman. Introduced themselves the moment they stepped out the truck. Walked the property with me before and after the work. They cleaned every spec of mess up and left my roof and gutters looking GREAT!! I cant say enough about the whole team. Max- as a project manager, this guy is a Rockstar! We had a situation after cleaning and max was out to my house and coordinated a fix the Same day! The whole process was really well thought out, and the execution was masterful from start to finish. Gaurdian roofing is the only place i'll call. This roof is set, maybe on our next home 😉 Can't thank you and your team enough!!
