  The whole crew from Greenwood that helped us with our mini-split AC installation were absolutely fantastic! Juan, who helped with our estimate, was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Riley, the electrician, did a very thorough job. Jeremiah and Andrii, on the installation side, were very experienced and polite. The installation was top-notch from start to finish. We highly recommend Greenwood Heating and Home Services.

  Highly recommend! We decided we wanted a heat pump with air conditioner and extra-powerful air filter to keep out wildfire smoke and next-door-neighbor-stoner smoke. I called three companies based on user reviews and recommendations, and we decided to use Greenwood because their estimator was on time and seemed to be the most knowledgeable for our particular situation and the estimate was reasonably priced (note: not the cheapest but in reasonably line with the others). They were responsive and helpful during the buying process, then the installation turnaround was great. Their installation team was professional, friendly and on time, and everything was installed well, and the one time we had a question our sales person (estimator) responded quickly with a resolution even though we'd already signed the contract :) The invoice matched the estimates and the invoicing/billing/accounting team was friendly when I called to pay. So far the system is quiet, works well and we have not smelled our neighbor's pot smoking (he is out there at least a dozen times per day so it's amazing to not smell that anymore). Anyway, I'm a native Seattle-ite so have always firmly believed I didn't need AC for the five days a year it is 90 degrees, so to be honest was dreading this process a little bit, but Greenwood made it easy and painless. Again, I highly recommend. Especially since they are one of the few American businesses *not* currently owned by Wall Street or a Private Equity firm.

  We've used Greenwood Heating to service our radiant heating system for nearly the last ten years, and they've done a great job. We've been especially impressed with Rick M. and, most recently, Marcus R., who replaced our ageing boiler and all of the associated piping. I can't thank Marcus enough for the fantastic work he did - there was a lot involved, and it's truly both functional and a work of art! I appreciated the time he took to explain options (and did not feel like he was overselling us on anything), his professionalism, hard work, great communication, and excellent troubleshooting along the way. The main office is easy to work with as well: very responsive, and quick to get everything scheduled. I definitely plan on continuing to use Greenwood in the future!

  Greenwood Heating, I cannot thank you enough for the excellent experience I had in April 2026 with my new furnace installation! I had a feeling this was going to be a great company when I got a same day appointment to diagnose my furnace failure, wow! A close friend recommended Greenwood Heating because of a great experience with your company decades ago! My super smart and kind technician Shay immediately put me at ease, and patiently explained every single thing while she worked…she even used a tiny camera to show me exactly what the problems were. My furnace was failing, and when I asked Shay for a ballpark figure to replace it, the very reasonable price she offered was exactly the amount I’d hoped to negotiate after soliciting bids this summer… I’d also polled my community for average furnace replacement prices in the last few years. Shay is the best kind of sales person, low key and informative, while also offering really solid experience and advice. As a former furnace installer as well as repair tech, she saved me tons of time researching the best options for my home and situation. I felt like she was working for me! The Greenwood Heating guarantees absolutely clinched the deal… they have the most comprehensive warranty I’ve ever seen. I was delighted to realize there wasn’t any reason to waste my time and effort getting multiple bids, which I’d been truly dreading. My furnace was installed by mid-afternoon the very next day by Austin, assisted by Alex. Ask for them by name, just excellent workers. They were focused, super tidy, and answered one of my questions three different ways until I got it! Austin even suggested a clever vent installation that saved me some money and worked better. Things I noticed and appreciated: a friendly person answered the phone when I called…every employee showed up on time, with an ID picture text and accurate arrival time beforehand…has had a background check...and expressed pride and appreciation for the company and their coworkers…those things made me feel so good about doing business with your company. I couldn’t be happier with every single part of my experience with Greenwood Heating and look forward to enthusiastically referring friends and family. Thanks so much!!

  I don’t do a lot of reviews but I am blown away by the service I get with greenwood!! To start my first call with their salesman John Louzy was great and he really worked with me and got me a great deal on a new furnace and A/C. I highly recommend talking to him about your HVAC needs. Next came install… Nathan and Riley arrived on time and they were amazing! (oh and you always get a text letting you know they are coming and send a picture so you know who they are, which I really appreciate) They are very courteous and answered all my questions! They installed a great system that is working so much better than my old one! Lastly was the electricians Brandon and Ezequiel. My panel is 30 years old and they made suggestions to improve the panel without making it feel like a hard sell. They put in a surge protector on my panel which gives me a lot of peace now. They made sure everything was appropriate for the new system and even checked to make sure the wires were good. The greenwood team has made me feel safer in my house and I know I will not have to worry about heat, a/c, or my electrical panel. I want to say too I have called the office several times and everyone I have spoken with has been so friendly and professional. I have absolutely no regrets calling them and feel if I have any issues they will do everything they can to make it right! I can’t recommend them enough!
