  Great company! They knew exactly what was needed, and made the whole process easy. I wasn't even aware the tank was still on the property and had no idea where it could be. They found it and completely explained what was needed and how much it would cost so that there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

  Another successful oil tank decommission!! Paul is my number one choice when I’m buying a potential flip with an oil tank!! Over the years he has decommissioned many of my flips. Owning a Real Estate brokerage Paul has served many of my clients for years as well. When your dealing with hazardous material on your property you want someone you can trust!!   Thanks FTI for the great service over the years! 15 years ago, you decommissioned a tank for my first home that we converted to gas. Now recently on a new house development project, you removed an old fuel tank, did a soil sample, and provided a professional report of the results. So cool that you and your dad helped me on the first project, and now seeing you run the company years later. I always feel in good hands with generational craftsman!
