They were very kind and professional throughout the entire process from start to finish. There was a little bit of a scheduling issue where the supplier was delayed, but everyone at Vogel's was responsive when we asked for updates daily. The team worked very hard to make sure the floors were done by the date we had hoped, and the floors and stairs have been both beautiful and solid over the last month we have lived with them, no squeaking or anything loose all. The quote was a little bit higher than we initially hoped, but their professionalism, customer service, and quality of available flooring options convinced us to go with them and we are very happy with the end results. There were no large unexpected or hidden costs in the final total, as they were completely upfront about all the work and materials involved. Huge thanks to Kaden, Michael and Jesus for being so unfailingly kind and helpful throughout the whole process! I heard Vogel's described as "good people" and I completely agree with that assessment.
