My technician Macalan was exceptional, he explained every step of the process, explained how parts of the furnace worked and how the filters and regular maintenance extend the life of my furnace.

They said that the venting for the old tank was improper and likely lead to the early failure of the old unit. We eventually settled on a direct vent tankless unit that could be installed the following day. The installers were extremely professional and the install looks great. Were extremely happy to have hot water again and we'll be using Seatown again in the future.

The salesperson was proactive about checking in on me throughout the process (thank you Harry), and the manager was extremely professional in honoring the original quote, even when there was some unexpected things that came up during installation / post sales (thank you Carrie). I’d definitely recommend SeaTown - they went the extra mile with a tricky install, and put me first as a customer, even when they didn’t have to. Thank you!
