Every day, Jared, the owner, sent videos and photos showing the progress from start to finish, so I never had to guess what was happening on my roof. I was also impressed by Jared's honesty. He actually talked me out of work I thought I needed, which saved me money. He only suggested what was truly necessary and even identified ways to improve our roof's water flow. Finding mold on the roof boards could have been a major stressor, but Jared handled it with total transparency, walking me through the updated bid and the solution. The detail work on our flat top roof is meticulous and perfectly sealed. I also appreciated that Jared is a great resource for broader projects. He coordinated work for our deck replacement and gutter installation, which saved us the hassle of finding separate contractors. To top it off, the crew cleaned the site entirely at the end of every single day. I would highly recommend Rainier Roofing to anyone who values transparent communication and attention to detail.

Caleb walked us through all the changes in code that had taken place since our last roof. He patiently answered our questions regarding code and company. After all the questions were answered. We obtained the bid. We compared it to two others. We accepted Rainiers bid. Next Rainers job site supervisor reached out. He walked through the steps from beginning to end. It went exactly described. Absolutely a positive experience! I knew how positive when I recommended them to a coworker! Thank you Rainier!
- RBRobert BortolinNov 24, 20255.0Got an estimate from Caleb and learned about some deficiencies in our roof. Of the estimates we got he was the only one who SHOWED me why we needed to replace the plywood, not just said it was old and loosing stiffness. He was also the only one who went and physically looked at the underside/ interior of the roof. My only complaint would be we found a bunch of nails and staples. But the last of those got cleaned up with a magnet on final walk through. The roof looks great, and Rainier does all the counter flashing so you don't need to get a chimney company to come out to update that like I would have had to do with anyone else I got quotes from. Have recommended them to multiple people since Caleb came out. At minimum get a quote and see what they can do if you need roof work
