  Integrity installed our new heat pump a few months back and were very professional. Recently, we had an issue with our faulty thermostat on a Friday evening in the winter. Integrity was here within the hour and had our heat restored in no time. Very helpful and friendly service. Highly recommended.

  Vadim diagnosed a leak in our fireplace and repaired it the same day. He was punctual, professional, and worked efficiently and cleanly. He clearly explained the issue and ensured everything was properly fixed. We highly recommend his services.

  We had to replace our furnace/heat pump recently and are very pleased we used Integrity Energy Systems! Gregg did a fantastic job recommending the appropriate system for our home and fixing the flaws with our previous install/system. Hakimi and Roman meticulously performed the installation to make sure everything was done properly. We are very happy with our new system and highly recommend using Integrity!

  Alex was at the door at 0800 on the dot! Then pleasantly introduced himself and proceeded to locate the furnace, thermostat and heater pump to be serviced. Alex worked efficiently , quietly and thoroughly and he cleaned up the areas he was working around. He was respectful, friendly , pleasant and professional at all times! My congratulations on your employee Alex Dukas!

  Hakimi, Ronnie and Roman did an amazing install. They are very professional, communicated very well, accommodated my requests and completed the work quickly. The inspector even commented about how well the install was done and asked who did it. Also, Taylor was exceptional from the beginning, helping determine the system needs, why I needed and what I didn’t need (he didn’t try to oversell me more of a system that I actually needed). Highly recommend IES!
