  We had a series of electrical problems arise at our house, in part due to a power outage, and in part due to delayed maintenance. I called Greenwood (they have done work for us before) and a day later technicians Travis Reinhardt and his partner, Jake, arrived to solve problems related to 2 suddenly non-functional outlets, outdated smoke detecters, and a question I had related to our entertainment system. They were excellent, and I am not someone who uses that term lightly. They explained everything in detail, quickly identified the problems and offered clear solutions. In addition, they were incredibly courteous, and when it became clear we needed a second visit from them ( so that I had time to buy new smoke detectors), they made the appointment and completed the work 2 days later. Honestly, I don’t know that I have ever had a better experience resolving home maintenance issues more efficiently or easily. A++++. I will ask for them the next time I call Greenwood.

  We had an unexpected heating system malfunction during the weekend. Called Greenwood Heating and received prompt and professional followup call. They scheduled service on Sunday afternoon. Brandon called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived on time, he is very polite and professional, checked everything, identified the issue and gave us choices to fix the issue and quotes with good information to decide what we wanted to do. He took photos and documented everything, sent the quote for approval and the fix was promptly scheduled. Brandon and Thomas arrived on time and started working right away. Work was done professionally and they left everything clean and heating system working. Very happy with the service, the price was adequate for the fix and we are thankful for the prompt service since it is getting cold. Keep up the good work!

  Had Greenwood out for our annual heat pump maintenance and it was a really solid experience. Kyle showed up on time, explained what he was doing as he went, and was clearly thorough. He checked everything from the thermostat and condensate lines to refrigerant levels and electrical connections, and cleaned both the indoor and outdoor units. I appreciated getting a clear, detailed report afterward and that there was no pushy upselling. The system was tested before and after, and everything was left clean and running well. Overall, it felt like careful, professional work from someone who knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend Greenwood and Kyle!

  We had an excellent experience with Greenwood for a series of projects including a new electric panel, new water heater, duct cleaning and more. Everyone on the team was fantastic, from Brandon and Tomas on the electrical team, Lucas from the plumbing team, and Jose, Thuan, and John from the HVAC team, and everyone else I worked with. Everyone from Greenwood was friendly, professional, and all did a great job on our projects. Brandon Banister and Tomas from the electrical team went above and beyond and not only handled our electrical needs such as the new electric panel, they also helped rewire our hot tub when they saw the old wire was not suitable for the hot tub’s amp requirements. You knew they wanted to do the job right and they helped make sure everything was safe and in top quality for our family. I highly recommend Greenwood and look forward to using them again
