  I met Marcos at a local 5k that Greenwood was sponsoring in my area. I told him I was worried about storms and he confirmed a common approach is a inlet for generators. I called and requested a quote. Austin came out and explained what I'd need and the process. He confirmed my generator was compatible with the work to be done. Joe J. came out a few weeks later and did an excellent job. After completing the work Joe was happy to step through properly and safely connecting my generator with me, and safely cutting over power to the new inlet. I'd highly recommend Greenwood to anyone who needs improvements to their home. Every step of the way I had an idea of when to expect both Austin and Joe, and everyone was patient with me and my million questions.

  I was referred to Greenwood heating from my son who is a fireman, and I was not disappointed with their service. David arrived on time, he was very personable, very knowledgeable and very helpful answering all my questions. I’m a senior citizen and I found David very honest and not high pressure sales as I had anticipated. After servicing my system, he explained everything to me, he even assisted me changing my filter because this was a new system to me. He showed me “inside the box” and made me feel very comfortable. My system is functioning more efficiently now, and he gave me some tips to ensure that. I look forward to his return next year and making sure my system is still continuing to function properly and efficiently. I highly recommend Greenwood heating and I already have to my neighbors and friends.

  We appreciated Greenwood Heating attentive repair of our 10 year old gas boiler which needed a new temp sensor and control panel. The company’s communications, keeping us updated with parts delivery, as well as the ultimate delivery of parts, and of course the actual repair by Marcus was outstanding. If there was one thing I would change since we had a non-functioning boiler for three weeks (so no heat or hot water) it would be to ask Greenwood to ask for the needed parts to be sent on a rush basis. We would have gladly paid the extra cost. Sending them via ground delivery took 10 days which in November proved to be a frustrating delay. Otherwise, very happy with our experience with Greenwood.

  I just bought our first EV. PSE had Greenwood as a preferred installer for a level 2 charger our location. I called Thursday for an estimate. Sergey came out the same day and was fantastic. We bought the charger and it was installed by Chris on Saturday. The install was scheduled between 8am and 11am. Chris called me at 8am on the dot and said he would be here in 20 minutes. 18 minutes later he was in my garage starting work and asked me to give him an hour and 30 minutes. 1 hour and 27 minutes later, I got a text from Chris that he was done. Chris worked with me to get the app associated to the charger and I was set . I don’t think Japanese trains are as efficient as Greenwood! Everyone was excellent to deal with and if I have any electrical or heating/cooling needs, I am calling Greenwood! Thank you for the great service?”!

  I recently purchased a home in West Seattle and had my two gas furnaces serviced by Greenwood Heating. The technician, Aryan, was very detailed in explaining the work he performed including switching out the filters, diagnostic testing, and identifying critical safety issues as both systems were installed about 25 years ago. It was clear by the test results and pictures of the scope work he completed that it was time to replace them as I had a hole in one of my units that was leaking carbon monoxide . Since I was planning on getting a bid for a new system, Aryan proactively reached out to his colleague, Jonathan, to explain the situation. Jonathan, the sales person, did an outstanding job expediting the order and facilitating the furnace replacement process end to end. He was very transparent and put together a very detailed bid that outlined all the services, warranties, and product information. Brennan, installation technician, did an Excellent job removing the old furnaces, installing the new ones, and showing me how to operate the system. Additionally, he and his assistant were incredibly thorough in cleaning up. I highly recommend Greenwood Heating. They have a stellar reputation in the Seattle market and I’m so grateful that I decided to use their services again as they installed furnaces for me many years ago while I lived in Queen Anne and did an amazing job. It’s nice to know that the continuity of professionalism and excellence is still there.
