  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with technician Jacob Mitchell. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he takes real pride in his work. He was incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, and what stood out most was how he explained what he was seeing as he went — offering insight about my HVAC equipment and even pointing out things I didn’t realize needed attention. That level of knowledge, transparency, and care is rare. Jacob didn’t rush through anything. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing, answered questions before I even had to ask them, and made sure everything was handled properly. You can tell he truly values his craft and brings real experience to the job. On top of that, he was kind, professional, and worked extremely hard the entire time he was here. I felt completely confident in the quality of the work because of the attention and effort he gave to every detail. I will be returning here for business and will be requesting Jacob again for sure.   I had a heat pump installed a year ago and initially had some problems keeping it running. This left me feeling apprehensive about it working properly and consistently. Greenwood is known for excellent service and technician Felix did not disappoint. He is the best! His knowledge of the system, his clear explanations, his patience and excellent customer service left me feeling completely confident that Greenwood would be there for me. He brought Greenwood’s electrical expert with him, Patrick, who reassured me of the company’s commitment to their customers complete satisfaction. They left me with a plan of action that I’m confident will meet every expectation. Thank you Greenwood, Felix and Patrick!

  We had a technician named Lake Stevens from greenwood do our maintenance on our furnace, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Lake was so personable, professional and thorough. He walked us through his work, and answered any questions we had. His personality, and customer service was hands down phenomenal. I have to say, best experience and visit we’ve had in a while from any company. Ask for lake stevens for your yearly maintenance, won’t regret it.

  This is an update on the earlier review below. Greenwood tech came over and addressed the issue at no additional charge. They were very professional in addressing the issue and I didn’t feel pressured. They were very thorough and polite. Love it when service companies own it and fix it. They are a class act. THANKYOU!!!! Charged me for diagnostics which i paid; after the tech left the battery on the generator drained to 11.7v from 12.2. Within 22 hours and its useless now. I took pictures that i sent to the tech before he arrived to prove the battery was healthy. Not happy about it. The problem was with circuit breaker in panel but they offered to do a generator and electrical diagnostics for extra costs. It made the problem worst. If this problem is not corrected then the review stands and further actions will be taken.

  The issue with my furnace is not straightforward. The Heating Technician Paul, was patient, courteous, empathetic. After listening to my description of the Furnace’s issues, he examined it, explained possible causes and then spoke with the manufacturer to glean more insights regarding the most logical way forward. He explained these to me and provided me with a recommendation for a plan of action. I agreed that it was the best way forward. The furnace is not yet fixed but i was very pleased with the level of service from the personal to the professional that Paul provided.
