The Puto in the forklift made a disappointing like he was doing work for free face when I asked to cut the 20ft Pipe. I guess he don't care about customer service. I will report to upper management to put him in customer service school. Even Primo is not happy with Furgeson. Tens of thousands of dollars will spend yearly from our company and this is the service we get.

Of course, the issue was time sensitive, so this made things that much more difficult. I'd recommend reassessing your operator/callback system.
