I've been twice in the last 2 months and it's like pulling teeth after you have been in the store to get assistance. The representatives say they will email you additional information but it took about a week for the first person to finally email me (had to call to find out where the email was) but she isn't responding to any of my return emails. As a result I returned to the store last weekend and it has now been a week since my visit and still no email after I was promised one with information regarding products I'm interested in buying. I don't often leave reviews but I'd like to get managements attention because this is poor customer service.

She was simply rude. She half-heartedly showed us a couple faucets and then literally walked away from us to help a work colleague. We stood there for a couple minutes and then just left. It's too bad because we came down from Alaska for two days and were excited to visit this store and make purchases today. Now, we'll never return because this sales lady made it clear they didn't value us as customers. Seattle is a big place. There are other places to go and that's what we recommend people do.
