  I bought LVP floors from this place to replace my laminate flooring in 2020. While the flooring they sold me is high quality and looks great, there were some issues with installation. When installing the trim I bought to go around the edge of the floors, they put everything upside down (it was 5/8" x 3/4" trim and the long side was supposed to be vertical, but they put it horizontal). Also, the company seems to be super low-tech. They didn't even use a computer to keep records of their customers; instead they had to look up my record using paper receipts and at one point they couldn't find it.

  Our first experience with Jeff, Dave and Ceasar, has been terrific. No extensive upfront contracts. No Measuring fee. No having to deal with outside installer, etc...Jeff described the service, then filled it to a TEE. The installers were polite, clean and careful to keep the work area clean before and after install of both new vinyl and carpet in 625 sq ft rental unit. All were very patient in answering all of our questions. They are definitely on our SPEED DIAL when turning our next apartment.

  Jeff was great to work with and really knows the products. The installer, Ceasar did an excellent job. Two things I am super happy about: Transitions from hardwood and tile to carpet and only two seams in the master that are in the closets. It was a super tricky room because there is a main room with three crazy shaped closets (you walk through the closet area to get to the bathroom).
