He kindly explained that he would need more information and gave us his card. When we returned a couple of weeks later he remembered us and took our faucet into the back of the store and proceeded to test and fix our faucet. He explained that there were some more expensive options but they could pose a risk in the install in our older home. He had us come around and showed us what the issue was. All said and done we spent very little money getting exactly what we wanted, but that being said, we'll be going back there for every plumbing project, big or small, going forward.
