- WMWes Miller2 days ago5.0They helped us so much to decide what tile to use, walking us through the advantages of different materials, and even dropping off samples at our house so we could see them in the room. Their installation work was superb. And we couldn't be more thrilled with it! It looks incredible.

I was quite put off by him maligning "other" companies as using "hacks or newbies" for installation, saying that he used only the most experienced installers "who all speak English." 😖 I did go with him, sadly, over another company, only because the response time was better, but I am wish I had not. The installation was scheduled and done as promised. When Scott was taking my deposit, he wrote down my credit card number on a piece of paper (red flag!), saying he was "old school" and would "shred it after running my card," which I (naively) believed... The installers were great - nice, timely, and hard workers (for the record,neither spoke much English, which is fine with me, but odd, given what Scotg had said). Two days after install was complete, Scott sent an email that he had charged my credit card (and I am pretty sure he did not memorize the number prior to supposedly shredding it). No call to ask about install, if i was satisfied with work or product...

A year or so later, one of the transition pieces started to crack. I contacted Scott and he replaced it within a week, no questions asked. I highly recommend this company.
